  • We offer art prints, stickers, and tin signs.
  • Some products are stocked, while others are made-to-order with specified lead times.
  • Product images are representative; actual colors and proportions may vary slightly due to printing processes.

3. Orders & Special Orders

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Special-order products (such as stickers or tin signs) may require a minimum order quantity and have a 3–4 week lead time.
  • Monsters on Machines may include a complimentary bonus item with special orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Extra charges (such as size upgrades) are displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Special orders ship upon completion of production.
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Monsters on Machines is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products only.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • Special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and branding are the property of Monsters on Machines unless otherwise noted.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Monsters on Machines is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Stickers and prints are intended for decorative purposes only; misuse is the responsibility of the purchaser.
